The Assam base is bold and malty, with licorice adding natural sweetness and lemon peel sharpening the citrus finish. It works as a full-bodied hot tea or a classic iced tea.

Brewing Instructions
Hot:

Steep 1½–2 tsp of tea in 8 fl. oz. of 195–205°F water for 3–5 minutes, or to taste.

Iced:

Brew double strength using the hot-brew temperature and steeping time for this tea. Strain and pour over ice.

Cold Brew:

Use the amount listed on the tea package per 8 fl. oz. of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours, then strain.

Storage:

Reseal tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
