Chamomile
Chamomile- This beautiful flower is excellent for calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety. It is also anti-inflammatory, supports the immune system, and aids in digestive upset. The ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans all viewed chamomile as an important medicinal herb and detailed it in their medical literature.
Lavender
Lavender - An aromatic flower most commonly used to relieve anxiety and the nervous system. Also great for reducing headaches and panic attacks. It gained popularity in the Middle Ages and was one of the medicinal herbs taken to the New World by the pilgrims.
Licorice
Licorice - A sweet, tasty herb that soothes the stomach, stabilizes blood sugar, supports hormone function, and much more. Also a very powerful anti-inflammatory and one of the most commonly used herbs in European herbal medicine. It has been used medicinally for thousands of years.
Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm - High in vitamin-C, polyphenols, and antioxidants. Traditionally, a tonic remedy to lift the spirits and calm the mind and body. Although it has “lemon” in it’s title, it is actually part of the mint family.
