Rosemary
Rosemary- Rosemary has long been associated with supporting memory, focus, and brain health. It is also loaded with antioxidants, encourages healthy digestion, stimulates nerve repair, and supports liver health. Today it is even burned as incense in the homes of Greek students about to take exams. In Christianity, The Virgin Mary is said to have spread her blue cloak over a white-blossomed rosemary bush when she was resting, and the flowers turned blue. The shrub then became known as the 'Rose of Mary’.
Gingko
