Herb Highlights
Green Tea
Green Tea - Its beautiful green color is due to green tea being the “purest” or least fermented of all types of tea (white, oolong, black etc). Green tea is high in vitamin C, flavonoids, polyphenols, and has ~30mg caffeine per 8oz cup depending on type. Supports digestion, regulates blood sugar, may have anticancer properties, and supports overall health. Several studies found that the catechins in green tea and caffeine may have a role in increasing energy metabolism.
Rosehip
Rosehip - Rosehip gets its beautiful color from carotenoid pigments known as lycopene and beta carotene which have been shown to promote skin and eye health. It also contains natural oils that are anti-aging because of their high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, fatty acids & minerals.
Rose Petals
Rose Petals - Rose flowers have been one of the most revered herbs throughout history, and for good reason! They are often used for healing energetically and emotionally, reducing stress, and mending a broken heart. They are high in antioxidants, good for skin and support digestion and gut health.
